Reading a business page

What the six tiles mean and what a good week looks like.

Each business page opens with six tiles. Each shows the current number, the change since last month, and a small trend line.

  • Google visits — organic visits to the website per month, from search data. Up is good.
  • Keywords ranking — how many tracked keywords sit in Google's top 3 and top 10.
  • Sites linking to them — the number of other websites linking in. Slow and steady is normal.
  • Reviews — review count and average rating on the Google Business Profile.
  • Map position — the average position in Google's map results across a grid of points around the business. Lower is better; the note says how many grid points showed the business at all.
  • AI answers — out of the prompts we ask AI assistants (for example "best plumber in Tacoma"), how many name the business.

Above the tiles: where the business is in its monthly cycle and when the next report is due. Below: Numbers look out of date? runs a full refresh now (about two minutes; it counts toward your plan's usage like any check).

The tabs at the bottom are this business's Approvals, Tasks, Activity (every check, in order) and Reports.
