Every business you add gets the same set of checks. You never start them; you read what they found.
| Check | How often | What it produces |
|---|---|---|
| Google visits, rankings, reviews, links | Weekly | The six tiles on the business page, with trends |
| Weekly audit | Weekly | A short note on what changed |
| Map position (a grid scan around the business) | Monthly | The Map position tile and a Local Pack report |
| AI answers (does ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity name the business?) | Weekly | The AI answers tile and an LLM Visibility report |
| Technical SEO | Monthly | A Technical SEO report and tasks for the fixes |
| Content gaps | Monthly | A report on what competitors rank for that the business doesn't |
| Schema | Monthly | A Schema report and any code to add, as an approval |
| Link plan | Monthly | How many links to build this month and which pages to point them at |
| Monthly summary | Monthly | The report you send on |
When something slips, the product looks deeper on its own (once a month per business at most, within your plan's allowance) and raises a task saying what to do.
It never changes a website or a listing. Anything that would needs your approval first.
