Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 September 2026. This is a plain-language draft for the private beta and will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

This policy explains what Keep Em Leads ("we", "us") collects when you use AI SEO Dashboard (the "Service"), why, where it goes, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address and sign-in credentials, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). We never see your password.

Workspace data. The businesses you add (name, address, phone, website, Google Business Profile, keywords, competitors, notes), the settings you enter, and everything the Service produces for them: metrics snapshots, reports, tasks, approvals and activity logs. This is stored in a private repository created for your workspace on GitHub and hosted by us on your behalf.

Usage and technical data. Server logs and error reports (via Sentry) that include request paths, timestamps, your workspace id and, for errors, the details needed to fix them. We do not run advertising trackers.

Payment details. When card billing opens, payments are handled by Stripe; we store only Stripe's identifiers and your plan, never card numbers.

Why we collect it

To run the Service for you: sign you in, store your workspace, run the automated checks, write reports, send you alerts, and bill you. To keep the Service working: find and fix errors, prevent abuse. To tell you about changes to the Service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.

Where it goes (processors)

To provide the Service we send data to:

  • Clerk (authentication and workspace membership)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • GitHub (the private repository that holds your workspace)
  • Anthropic (the AI models that write reports and findings; sent the business data needed for the task)
  • Google (Places data about businesses; Google Drive, only if you connect it)
  • Ahrefs and Local Falcon (search and map-position data about the businesses you add)
  • Sentry (error reporting)
  • Stripe (billing, when it opens)
  • Your own Slack, Discord or webhook endpoint, if you set one, receives the alerts you asked for.

Each of these processes data under its own terms and security programme. We do not share your data with anyone else except when the law requires it.

Public pages

A pre-call audit you choose to share has a public link that anyone with the link can open. It shows the audited business's public data and your workspace's name and booking link. Don't share links you'd rather keep private; you can delete an audit at any time.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace data stays as long as your workspace exists. When you close it, we delete its repository within 30 days (sooner on request). Logs and error reports are kept for up to 90 days. Account details are deleted when you delete your account.

Your rights

You can see and export everything in your workspace from Settings. You can correct it in the app. You can ask us to delete your account and workspace at any time. If you are in a place with data-protection laws (for example the EU/UK or California) you have the rights those laws give you; write to us and we will honour them.

Security

Data moves over encrypted connections. Workspace repositories are private and reachable only by the Service's own credentials. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top says when. For material changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Questions or requests: levi@keepemleads.com.
