Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026. These terms are a plain-language draft for the private beta and will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Keep Em Leads ("we", "us") about your use of AI SEO Dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a hosted dashboard for local search visibility. For each business you add, it collects public data about that business (search rankings, reviews, map position, how AI assistants describe it), runs automated checks on a schedule, writes reports, and raises tasks and approvals for you to act on. It does not change any website or business listing on its own.

2. Your account and workspace

You need an account and a workspace. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Workspace admins can invite members; each member's actions are the workspace's responsibility. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

3. Plans, trials and payment

Plans, prices and what each includes are shown in the Service. A new workspace starts a 14-day trial; automations pause when the trial ends unless a paid plan is in place. Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we do not refund partial periods. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal. During the private beta, plan changes are handled by email.

4. Fair use and limits

Each plan has limits (clients, keywords, prompts, audits, deep-dives). The limits are there because every check spends real money on third-party data and AI services. You may not work around them, resell access, use the Service to collect data about people rather than businesses, or use it in a way that breaks the law or another provider's terms.

5. Your data

You own your data. The businesses you add, the settings you enter and every report, task and decision are yours. We store them in a private repository created for your workspace and hosted on your behalf, and in the third-party services listed in the Privacy Policy. You can export everything at any time from Settings. When you close your workspace we delete its repository within 30 days (sooner on request).

We use your data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

6. AI-generated content

Reports, findings, task suggestions and pre-call audits are written by AI models from data that may be incomplete or out of date. They are a starting point for a person's judgement, not professional advice. Read them before you act on them or send them to anyone. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

7. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties (Google, Anthropic, Ahrefs, Local Falcon and others) whose availability, accuracy and terms we do not control. A change or outage at one of them can leave parts of a report empty. We tell you in the app when a connection is missing.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what your plan includes we will tell you in advance.

9. Our responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the Service in a way that harms it or others; where practical we will warn you first. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 11 survive.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, and disputes go to the courts there. If part of these terms is found unenforceable the rest still applies. We may update these terms; we will show the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Questions: levi@keepemleads.com.
